I recently visited the Westin Resort in St. John and I was not satisfyed. When they pickes us up from the airport in St. Thomas they dropped one of my bags in the water while trying to load it into the ferry, and I think that one of the crew members was intoxicated. When we got to the hotel the manager replaced or damaged luggage, but was very rude. The service throughout our visit was very poor, yet the island was very pretty. The food was fair, but way overpriced. My advice, go to St. John but not at the Westin.(review originally submitted March 2001)
