First, the location and atmosphere pulled us in. Right on the water, next to the ferry dock, with all the sites of little Cruz Bay right in front of us. The atmosphere was "classy Caribbean"--very "islandy" yet clean, orderly and pleasant.

Lunch and Dinner: We first went for lunch and liked it so much we went back for dinner the next night and the night after. I guess we became regulars.

Service: warm, friendly, unpretentious staff. They gave us lots of helpful hints on things to see and do on the island.

Drinks: Bartender knew a whole lot of Caribbean drinks and more frozen concotions that we could imagine.

Food: A great variety of what I can only say is Caribbean/American fusion. The specials are great. We had a variety of great salads, TRMENDOUS quesadillas, a delicious Seafood Fra Diavlo, perfect filet mignon, and trmendous baked scallops baked with provolone cheese over them. (We understand it is a new chef and he is GREAT!)

Overall--fantastic! We will be regulars on our next trip to St. John, too.
